    Very poor customer service by the whole staff! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Such a disappointment for the city of Owosso.

    I was treated like I had a germ or something by the gal at the desk. She didn't seem like she really wanted to do business with me. That she wanted to talk on the phone with her friend more.
